Indulge in the rich variety of cuisines and flavours, especially the authentic East Coast dishes presented by our guest chef, which showcase the typical and traditional essence of the region.
Nipah invites food-loving Malaysians to celebrate Merdeka with a feast of local favourites made from authentic traditional recipes. Nasi Kukus, yong tau foo, and barbecued stingray are just the start! Satay, Roti John, Ayam Golek, Kari Laksa Udang Galah, Fish Head Curry etc. Over 50 delicious Malaysian dishes are served.
