Enjoy a sumptuous family dining experience, or a satisfying corporate gathering to the background music of a fabulous instrumental group when you buka puasa. Take your tastebuds on a journey of flavour and texture with fluffy biryani rice, grilled eggplant, fruit and vegetable pickles, a selection of hearty soups, beef with chilli (daging dendeng berlada), Malay-style grilled chicken, smoked duck in spiced coconut milk, and so much more to keep you full until Sahur or the pre-dawn meal. Needless to say, the entire spread is halal. A special Ramadan offering this year is Shell Out, where succulent seafood including prawns, lala, mussels, crabs and bamboo clams are tossed in a selection of kam heong, sweet sour, and salted egg sauces, to be enjoyed with the fingers.
The buffet will also serve seafood on ice, with a revolving choice of Western appetisers and salads.
