Guests to Bottega Lounge will be wowed with a specially crafted pink-themed menu featuring savouries such as delicate artisanal smoked salmon sandwiches, and bespoke desserts such as black sea salt raspberry eclairs and pink macarons, all created by EQ’s Executive Chef, Federico Michieletto, who is renowned for his artistry, creativity and finesse.
